That Cold and Cough That's Going Around

Has hit me. Started Sunday, worse Monday, even worse Tuesday, but better today. I've still gotten in at least a short run everyday and that actually has made my legs feel pretty good. I bailed on the swim on Monday morning and slept in two extra hours on Tuesday, but felt good enough today to go to the swim, so things are back on track.
Today's swim workout:
300 swim and cough a lot
200 swim/200 pull/200 kick (600/900)
8x50 drill/swim (400/1300)
4x100 w/10s ri (400/1700)
4x50 w/10s ri (200/1900)
4x75 as swim 50/stroke 25 (300/2200)
200 pull (200/2400)
100 c/d (100/2500)

glad you liked the workout! and that race report - my god! If i can stay healthy i totally want to do some of that 30K stuff :) Way to go!
